Asked often. Use ABRP to plan your trip, and PlugShare to check every location in advance, and day of trip. ABRP takes your vehicle info (and that you have an adapter), and plans your trip.

Agree.
When the rules changed in August 2022, they used this language for the period 1/1/2022 to 8/15/22. I don't know when this rule (binding contract) comes into play and when it doesn't, but it's the same requirement. Maybe @TaxmanHog knows...
A 6,600lb dry weight equals close to a 8,000 pound wet weight. Tongue weight should be 13%, so around 1,040. Plus wdh.
With a payload of 1,605, minus anything you added to the vehicle after it was made, you barely have capacity for 2 people.
Personally, I would never go over 7,500 GVWR...
And when you go out to car #1 and the app is set to car #2 and it's not smart enough to switch just based on your location in the garage at the time! What an inconvenience! That's why you should only buy 1 vehicle of each make! 😝
Imagine pulling into a location with 12 open chargers just as the tech pulls the master breaker to replace a fuse...
Imagine pulling into a location to find it full, going to the next location and finding it full, and repeating this until finally waiting at location #4. Yeah, CA is fun...
I never use PaaK.
Yesterday, I had to dash out to pay my property taxes. As I left town hall, I realized I hadn't brought my wallet. Then, I realized I hadn't brought my fob. I was really missed that PaaK had worked...
Yes, the truck goes to sleep even when plugged.
Proper storage is to charge to 50%, unplug, and disconnect the 12v, which I would then put on a tender.
Yes, it happens sometimes. Some are corrective updates, re-sent because they have some vehicles where it didn't apply correctly.
Sometimes it is not the same update, just an update that affects the same feature, and if you didn't track update numbers you might not notice. Some features...
My keys have a built-in tracking device. Been working for over 40 years, nearly flawlessly. Whenever I can't find them, or anything else, I say "Hey hon, where the hell did I put my keys?", and my wife tells me. Works also for phone, tablet, dirty underwear, and other things.
Sorry, it's a...
You cite some great examples and say risk analysis by the end user. The problem is, that too many people a) aren't qualified to do risk analysis or b) don't give a rat's ass if their behavior impacts others. Many who tow over capacity never consider they may kill their family members or others...
I'm surprised it said "due to ambient temperature" also.
Yes, if it's really cold you will take a further hit.
Remember to disconnect while the truck is running so that it recognizes it has been disconnected.
Lots of good comments, most importantly speed.
I'll add another. Make sure you enter your trailer's info in the setup section, because as you tow it will build history for you, and that history will then more accurately predict your range.
The default for trailering is 1.0, in looking at that...
