I, and others are saying that claiming, as you did, that if you can't charge at 80amps you shouldn't own the truck, is a ridiculous statement.

Without FCSP running at 80 amps at home, I wouldn’t own this truck.
Can you make something less work? Of course but why bother...
You are incorrect.
If a vehicle is titled and registered by a dealership, it cannot later be sold as new. Many states allow a vehicle to be used as a mannequin without titling and registering it. When sold, it is legally a new vehicle, eligible for all incentives and the tax credit. As...
That's a ridiculous statement. While 120v won't work for many, 240v at 32, 40, or 48amps works fine for the majority of owners. I would bet that well under 50% of owners use 80amps.
Lots of incorrect info here.
Mannequin warranty starts when dealer makes it a mannequin, regardless of titling / registration of the vehicle.
Mannequins do NOT come with a longer warranty. Dealership COULD have paid to add 6 months/6,000 miles. Could.
I own a mannequin.
I mean sitting for 40 minutes wasting time to charge your truck. On a trip, it's necessary. At home, it is a time suck, more fun in bitter cold or bad weather.
Nobody "notices" degradation, it had to be measured and even then it isn't an exact science. Once a week isn't going to ever be...
Many, including myself, discourage people from buying an EV without having access to home charging. Your new location seems inhospitable to charging since you can't even charge while on the driveway as it is too small.
DC fast charging for home usage gets old real fast. Leaving your truck at...
Anyone who has this re-fail should file with the NHTSA, it's quite easy. https://www.nhtsa.gov/report-a-safety-problem#index
By re-fail, I mean cease to function. Moisture in a light is not a failure, in fact it's by design in headlights and taillights. This light should not have moisture...
The functions of the wipers are described in the manual. There is no "just one wipe / mist" capability. Rotate knob 1 click, then back again, and you will achieve your purpose.
Some trims have rain detection, I think the Flash does not.
What takes 2 days is ordering the parts and receiving them, then doing the work. You're asking the dealership to have nuts and new steering knuckles, in stock (at their cost), awaiting a potential repair? How many sets? Should they do this for every recall? Is Ford limiting them from...
Threads going back to 2021 on this. Some aimed a fan on the unit.
No dumb charger is going to provide any more diagnostics than "I have slowed down". It doesn't know why.
The Ford Mobile Charger is not designed for long-term use as a home charger. Nor are any of the other makes for that...
There won't be choices, there will be one length of about 5'. It will result in slower charging, especially in hot weather. They expect limited demand given the expected high price.
One of the realities is that efficiency is heavily dictated by topography and climate. On the Mach-E forum, a bunch of owners reported very high efficiencies while many of us struggled to, reach 3.0. The common factor for most of them was flat roads (think Florida) and warm temps.
We have...
