  1. Battery Preconditioning.

Not on a 2022. No preconditioning with Ford nav either. Can't speak to later years.
  2. Ford EV Inventory Hub System Scrapped After Dealer Pushback

I don't buy individual stocks, on index mutual funds (own 1 stock since 1983, but none otherwise). If I did, and you said to me in 2022 that Ford was going to be great over the next few years, I would have agreed. Now, not so much. Looking at the history of Ford, you can see multiple times...
  3. Ford EV Inventory Hub System Scrapped After Dealer Pushback

Another strike on the Farley list. The amount of backtracking in the past 3 years is astounding. If I was a shareholder, I'd be outraged. Broke $25 in January 2022, now below $10.
  4. Swap 23 Lariat ER for 24 Platinum am I crazy?

That would be a deal breaker for me.
  5. Swap 23 Lariat ER for 24 Platinum am I crazy?

lose... You would also lose money.
  6. Where to get Ford Telsa Charging Adapters

There are no warranty issues in using any adapter. The POTENTIAL for a warranty issue exists IF the vehicle was damaged during charging and IF Ford could prove that the non-OEM adapter caused the failure. It's like using a FRAM oil filter on a gas vehicle. And, if you want to charge at a...
  7. Where to get Ford Telsa Charging Adapters

Ford replaced (it was not a recall) June shipments only. Ford is not yet selling the adapters, they will be $200. https://www.ford.com/product/ford-fast-charging-adapter-nacs-p2999073032 The top non-Ford options are Lectron and A2Z. Note that Lectron makes one of the Ford adapters, but it's...

The more low to 100% charges, and the more readings at 77 degrees battery temp, the more accuracy.
  11. 100% range test [follow along]

You misunderstood me. If one is using CarScanner to look at the kWh available at 100%, you need to charge to 100%, then draw battery down, then charge to 100%, ... You will see the reading inch upwards as the cells recalibrate.
  12. 100% range test [follow along]

Agree. Miles per kWh x energy in battery is range. Nothing else needs to be done.
  13. Ford APP-cannot change preferred charge times-wrong percent and range showing

You're trying to fix a broken app. You can't. Uninstall, reinstall, tweak settings, it's a FORD issue that you can't fix. Go in truck, initiate charging, that's all you can do. The rest is make work for you.
  14. Ford APP-cannot change preferred charge times-wrong percent and range showing

Everyone is reporting FordPass issues, and most are doing the wrong thing, like you did, which is to try and fix something that you can't fix. Too late now, but I would have recommended you do nothing.
  15. Dealerships that didn't provide paperwork for EV Tax Credit {Solution post #119}

I would send the GM the following email: Dear Mr. I Don't Care About Customers: Your dealership neglected to file my purchase of an F-150 Lightning with the IRS, as required by law. You still refuse to do so. As such, I cannot claim my $7,500 tax credit. On March X, 2025, I will be filing...

Keep in mind one thing. The windshield is an integral part of crash protection for the vehicle, both from incoming objects and structural integrity, such as a rollover event. Yours is compromised.
