I wouldn't focus on that. I definitely have a VIN (confirmed both by Ford and from my dealer) and mine doesn't show in my Reservations/Orders page either. My info is populated on the website because I added the VIN myself to the Vehicle Dashboard. My $0.02 (my blend is today too - woohoo!)

7/27 blend, 247/627, no factory spray-in. We have 2 Line-X shops in this area and I plan to take mine to one of them ;) Spoke to my dealer last week and they told me I'm the only Lightning order they have other than their mannequin - wondering if I should be worried?
