This has been disproven many times. It refers to the DRL's, not the light bar. You can't adjust it.

Ford can't help but try to put themselves out of business. They can't write and distribute SW, but yet they want to complicate the assembly line and support forever by introducing a new size battery. They prove every day they can't simply and just deliver.
