I don't think you are alone, but just crazy that Ford can't do a SQL query in their DB to see they haven't pushed the updates to all trucks, or they have some problem and can't push to all. Just makes no sense.
I also used Bill Utter in Denton based on feedback here from others. I was treated well, I was put in an EV loaner, the repair (battery module) seems to be solid. No complaints other than lack of communication. If I inquired I would get an update, but it was not pro-active. That seems...
Collected with blood sweat and tears and taking way too many screen shots and going straight to the truck as soon as an update is reported. Also data shared here by other members.
Its my collection, with a few updates and corrections by @bmwhitetx
To date my truck was very lucky in getting...
That really sucks for timing. Seems it is time Ford issues a recall on this motor - there have been quite a few failures and of course this can never be at a good time. I see I posted a year ago and didn't do it, but this is where you would hope to have a big trash bag with you. Put over...
Double check that you haven’t added your phone number to a second contact. Two key items for getting the photo to the truck - connect with blue tooth and not car play or android auto and make sure your phone number is on a single contact only once.
Indeed you should be - this was the last known OTA. Oddly this one failed for me and never retried. 2 months later it still shows failed on Sync for me. Otherwise I'd had great SW success.
Really nice observation. The ground is inside the panel in the house. There isn't one in the meter. Kind of answers what they are doing.
Now what does that say about Generlink that won't work with the truck, but also plugs in behind the meter and shouldn't have a ground connection?
Latest iPhone app - '22 ER Lariat. I did a remote start and all was good from the app - AC on and Cooled seats. Got in the truck, pressed start, GUI fired up and it all showed accurate - AC on, cooled seats on. No heated steering wheel or seats.
So how are you determining that the heated seats and steering wheel come on? I'll have to confirm, but with the big screen those are soft buttons and the screen doesn't come on until I start the truck if I recall. Are you saying that even after you "start" the truck that those remain on...

I hadn't followed all of those changes. Guaranteed signs that the Lightning has been left behind and should die in its current incarnation. At least they will all year models should be very similar. That isn't a bad thing. Will be interesting to see when the T3 comes along.
