They all have the capability, have since day 1. The driver info display changes colors based on which drive mode you've chosen.

Not possible from anything I've ever seen or found. You can go to the Forscan thread and search through the spreadsheet for a setting like that. It's Fords way of reminding you that you are in a different drive mode. This seems to be a big government issue anyway since they won't even let...

Long shot, but can you get your hands on the old one? The part number is likely stamped or molded onto the back of the part itself. Now if it just came off easily and would go back on without damage there are a few thousand of us that would be willing to help out with that.
