Yes they just did a couple more service recalls. Picked up the truck (live in Battle Ground) at 10 and returned it that afternoon about 3. They answered all my questions via text and were very responsive. I bought the truck used (3k miles) last year. I noticed the coolant was a little low after...
I agree just seems like folks want the more expensive option to be true and then when the reality of Sunrun's poor customer hits... well it's time for a new approach.
I love my truck! And not just because she has a huge fricken frunk! (but it doesn't hurt).
Not sure where the impression that the FMC was not suppose to be the main home charging option came from. I admit it is much flimsier than the tesla mobile charger but I would hope it was designed for long life. I have the Ford Power station but don't intend to use it unless my mobile charger...
I don't think this will work. I took my Lightning to a V3 charger and the 6' cable was way too short. You won't be able to park like this very often. I wasn't able to do try this (parking in between parking spaces) because other cars were charging. I do want this to work but only for...
V3 charger cable length is only 6.5ft and that adptor pictured in earliler posts will be worthless if you can't get close enough to the charger. V4's are plenty long enough (9.5ft). If we are only getting access to V4's with longer length.... well that's a horse of a different color. Read not...

Someone on the other thread on this mentioned using vice grips to lift the tangs. That was the key for me! Could not get anything (screwdriver etc.) under the tangs to lift up. AT ALL. Locked the vice grips and then was able to focus on sliding the nickels in place.
Now works fine.
This was the key for me! Couldn't get anything under the spring tangs to pry up. Vice grip worked great! Could hold it Open while sliding the nickels in place. And now the lid seems to be fine.
I prefer collapsible versions like these two Costco. About $27 on amazon now. The instacrate one stores perfectly behind the net. And you can use the net without removing it.
I totally agree with “Ya gotta be a user to really understand the needs”. When pointing out the CT misses, I commented how little they seemed to take from the existing truck designed. Stupidly arrogant. When Gordon Murray was designing what has become the best designed sports car in the world he...
Sergio you appear to be out of GA. Are you part of a nation wide group hosting these in different states? If so make the next one in Northern Oregon or better yet SW WA!
Ok finished my trip 88.8 miles at about 20 degrees F Started with a 86% charge so I took my final battery charge 47% when I got home and subtracted it from my initial trip charge of 86% to get a 39% trip consumption. Our home utility rate is 8.16 cents/wk. We did use the cab and seat heaters for...
We're supposed to leave in about two hrs. Plugged in to charge closer to 100% (my daily is only 80%). Will this warm the battery, will I be able to preheat the cabin while it's charging?
