You didn't actually ask a question to be clear. But if I can infer what you intend, "going on the record" won't do much. Your battery has a certain initial useable capacity. The BMS will track how much actual capacity you have in kWh. As long as you have above 70% through the end of your...
We actually don't have very many. Mining requires you to be on a different rate schedule, which is less favorable. And it's actually pretty easy to detect mining just from meter reads.
The main difference is that you will max out at ~120kW on many of the 150kW chargers. The 150kW chargers max out at 350A, which with the Lightning's ~350V charging voltage, maxes out around 120 kW. So just chop out the boost phase. He does mention in the video he did a 0-80% on a 150kW and it...
I think I'm going to see how I do with the all seasons+ chains if needed this year. If it doesn't hold up, I'll probably get some ATs with 3PMSF. Either BFG KO2s or Toyo Open Country ATIIIs. A little worried about the range hit though, as if I get ATs, I don't plan on swapping the ASs back on.
It's possible, some dealers are actually getting a few inventory trucks at the end of the 2022 model year (all Lariat SR). I know a guy who managed to snag one (at MSRP no less). My dealer is planning to offer the one they are getting to their reservation holders in reservation order until one...
I've added the calm screen to "My View", so if I want to see the percentage I can just jump to it with one or two button pushes. But I'd still prefer it to be on the normal cluster. I don't charge every day, usually only plug in when I'm below 60% since I charger at work, so it would be nice...
I am able to open the tailgate with the truck locked and the doors will unlock and lock with the handle. The frunk will not operate with the release button if the doors are locked, it works fine if the doors are unlocked. I can open the frunk with the key fob button though.
Just took a short weekend trip here:

Took out first longer trip in the lighting this weekend. From Wenatchee, WA to Bellingham, WA. It's about a 170 mile drive, with about a 3000 ft of elevation gain and descent (Stevens Pass) along the way.
Truck climbed the pass effortlessly, though it is not a difficult pass. At the top I...
Can anyone confirm if the frunk opens with the doors locked with your keys in your pocket? Mine won't open with the release button unless the doors are unlocked. The tail gate does operate with keys in pocket just fine, which makes me think something might be wrong.
