Clear out your charger locations in fordpass/truck and try again. There have been a couple reports of onboard chargers failing so you may need a dealer visit.

Honestly, the lightning is the tightest and most sporty truck I've ever driven that is stock. The big problem is the weight, you need to upgrade heavily to account for it. Off the shelf kits are slowly getting there but expect conflicts with every mod.

I don't think it's a feature but I've heard a couple of stories of people getting locked out. I always keep my key on me, it's got the manual override key in it too just in case.

Having your key inside the truck probably locked out the controls. Have you locked it in there before?
