  1. Dealer can't get wire assembly

Picture please. This is an odd one that I don't think has been reported ever.
  2. Early brake wear

"3mm" I find it hard to believe unless your truck is driven with 2 feet.
  3. Charging rate at 50KW ?

From a "50kw" dcfc going 20-85 you should get "50kw", which in my experience is around 46kw actual. From 85 to 90 it drops near 30kw. Try to plan your dcfc stops so you leave at 80-85%
  4. Tail Gate Automatically Closing. Ford Tech

Probably a pocket activation. I've opened my frunk several times. You can turn the electric portion of the tailgate off through the truck settings.
  5. Charging Volvo PHEV from F150?

If you don't plan on using the home integration system, you can change the whole cable and plug to a J1772 one.
  6. Had a strange experience with my 2023 XLT this weekend and the key fob

Sounds like your phone caused the truck to be locked out. Turning off Bluetooth on your phone should prevent it if you leave it in there.
  7. 2023 F150 Lightning ER - Electric Powertrain fault and Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power

Sounds like another type of fault. Did it go away after a key cycle or 2? Did it actually give a fault code or was it silent like the contactor issue?
  8. Keys needed in truck for ProPower?

No you do not need the keys in it. Shutdown timer and propower reserve setting will shut it down so adjust accordingly.
  9. Reduced power - no warning lights

This may be related to the front contactor. You can confirm that when you have that reduced power again, view the power distribution and it will show no power to the front wheels while driving. It may be software related, I don't think there's been any definitive answers, it usually fixes itself.
  10. Blind Spot Assist System Fault: Fix post #19

The op receives the fault everytime he starts his truck. Normally, when a trailer is plugged in it just gives a warning that the system is diabled, not a fault. He also has trailer light issues which may or may not be related.
  11. Blind Spot Assist System Fault: Fix post #19

Blis faults can be caused by a few things. Contact your dealer to see if they have any background codes sent from the truck. If your connectivity is on, the truck uploads faults to a Ford server they can see online. A recent poster broke their mirror which contains the indicator led. The...
  12. Delivery Day!

As you can see, it's a learning curve. My advice is to give it 3 months so you can learn the truck and use it to it's fullest.
  13. Discount Tire - Likely losing a customer

Tldr, don't freak out about tires.
  14. Is there really a need to rotate tires if tread wear is symmetrical?

Welcome to vehicle ownership. Leave them at 42psi cold and rotate as recommended.
  15. FCSP networking not following DHCP rules

It's a fcsp. The secret is having a strong WiFi signal, my ap is 3 meters away.
  16. FCSP networking not following DHCP rules

I've had mine hooked up for more than 2 years with no issues. It seems to be connected reliably and have never had any conflicts.
  17. System Off to Save Battery message

It's a way to power the vehicle without powering the motors. Simple, yet effective.
  18. F150 in body repair shop, two months so far...tips

Ideally you want the battery at 50%. Check the owners manual for other storage tips.
