Sounds like the onboard charger to me. This doesn't disable the truck since you can still DC charge. If it were me I'd try to minimize the time at the dealership by continuing to drive the truck until they have the necessary parts. Maybe parts availability is no longer an issue?

The King Ranch is a nice truck but I've never seen any ranchers driving them; it's a pavement princess. So is the Platinum but it's an authentic pavement princess.

Use a flashlight to shine through the reservoir and you'll be able to see the level. It's probably fine. Brake fluid is only low if the brakes are very worn or there's a leak. Neither situation is very likely in a Lightning.

2022 is the best vintage of Lightning. Starting in 2023 there were feature deletes and it was further decontented in 2024. The downside to a 2022 is it's a little closer to the end of the warranty if that's important to you.
