Same for me. I’ve tried a similar, let’s start over again approach and it’s worked. But I’m still on 6.8.0.

Luckily the ride home from work yesterday was fine and today it also seems fine. So hopefully that was just the same temporary software glitch that others have experienced.

Got it. Well I hope the dealers send the module with the bad cell back to Ford who can likely repair it instead of tossing the entire module into the trash bin. Maybe wishful thinking.

The cell pouches are not serviceable right? If one goes bad they have to replace the entire module?

Well this sucks. Sorry to see this is happening. I hope it gets resolved soon. As a public service announcement to others out there about tow trucks and getting your truck into neutral in various ways, I highly recommend watching this video.
