I would possibly do that but I would like to avoid the high air flows blowing on me (as mentioned above). If I crack the back windows I get a whoop, whoop whoop of sound (hard to explain the sound) and can feel a percussion of pressure change's in the cab, and THAT is irritating.

I put on Wet Okole seat covers, front and Back. Had them in my 06 Taco. They held up great. Per your question, The heated seats work fine, might take a min or two longer to warm yo, but it sill works fine. And they have "Air Bag" Cut outs. IMHO
