  1. Performance mods for more power?

I also think the traction control is somewhat limiting acceleration. When the front wheels slip at all the Lightning is pretty aggressive at limiting output. I think there is a little more the Lightning could do. That said, @Ford Motor Company , someone us would like a performance upgrade...
  2. Highest KW AC Charger?

Although it may not precondition if you too up the charge from say 95 to 100 it should start the heater and get the battery and heater loops warm. Not sure if that would be a manual process or if you have an app where that could happen
  3. Efficiency

Are you certain of units here? Are you seeing 1.4 miles per kilowatt hours? Mi/kwh? You said 1.4kwm.
  4. Highest KW AC Charger?

That's at an input voltage of 380-415, you will have a crispy truck if you try it.
  5. Efficiency

Nah, I get 1.9 to 2.0 at those speeds. Op, agree that it should be higher. Aside from alignment or a dragging brake i don't know what it could be.
  6. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

Er Tacomas are notoriously ROUGH riding, but especially the ORs are floaty front and rear. Back to my point, of all the TRUCKS I have owned the Lightning is the most floaty feeling.
  7. Oil Change on Lightning

I'm a fan of Amsoil but there are others out there too. High Performance Lubricants comes to mind. Depending on climate, I would look at viscosity of the various options and maybe look to see if one is on the lower side to maybe eek out a bit of an efficiency improvement. With HPL being a...
  8. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

It's a pretty big claim to state that 1pd drive is better for everyone. Thanks but no thanks, with two lane county roads and lots of cruise control it is decidedly not better or superior.
  9. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

Err, what? This thing is a floaty boat, EVERY truck i have ever owned was tighter than this thing. The Tacoma would give it a run for it's money on floppy handling, but that's the only one.
  10. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

It's always funny when the guy disagreeing with evey one in the thread claims it's others who refuse to listen. Nope, we just refuse to listen TO YOU, because nothing said has shown it's a worthwhile effort. But hey, I have only driven a few hundred miles with scanner active. It also seems...
  11. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

It has been explained to him multiple times, he refuses to accept it
  12. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

There are a couple tools online that let you compare files, highlighting the exact differences between them. If your motorcraft as-built files are the originals it should highlight the exact changes you made and thus how to fix them.
  13. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

A lower height will have a better ride and Shocks will have a better ride than spacers. I'm a huge fan of Bilsteins, especially if you want to get rid of the floatyness in the front suspension.
  14. Any way to upload a map locations file?

If you are willing to go with an app look up on-x and Gaia trails.
  15. Charge speed

Claiming it is factually incorrect is also a blanket statement, and is not accurate. Your have a point but the impact is a bit lost when you do the exact thing you claim was wrong for me to do. I don't appreciate pedantic games. Both the 350s and the Signet 150s are rated the same, it is the...
  16. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

Yep, Ford has implemented the EU regulations that illuminate the brake lights once a certain amount of deceleration is achieved.
  17. Charge speed

500 amps, not 500kw. This was in a recent update that improved the charge speed slightly, allowing an increase from 450a to 500a, slightly reducing charge time. I think Tom tested this and it was about 5 minutes better on a 45 minute charge. . So, with charging there are a lot of nuances that...
  18. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

Yep, slowing in 1pd or slowing with the brake pedal will both return the same energy to the truck. 1pd causing a change in driving style could cause a change in efficiency for any given person, plus OR minus, but then we are not comparing apples to apples.
  19. Ford Lightning one pedal drive

https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/owners-do-you-drive-in-one-pedal-mode-or-traditional.11082/ Lots of good reading there if you want. It won't however add any range
