My first choice:
Pro with both tow packages (includes 9.6 propower and 360 camera) and the fancy tailgate: $45,982
Fallback:
XLT SR with both tow packages (includes 9.6 propower) and the fancy tailgate: $58,429
I have a hard time justifying the cost difference but these are both in my...
Studying the ordering guide is what caused me to create this thread (thanks for pointing out the Sync4 bit as I glossed over that)
Here is what it says is added for XLT:
SUPERCREW® – XLT SERIES
STANDARD EQUIPMENT

So I am really not missing something?
I guess my only real concern is if there are noticeable differences in the audio system. Does anyone know if the Pro has bluetooth and/or Android radio?
My wife is concerned about the manual seats but I'm sure I can get a powered base to fit for under a...
I keep trying but cannot find any way to explain it...
Power seats are nice but I can buy a lot of aftermarket upgrades for $10,000...
The 360 camera might be worth something but its included on the Pro with tow tech so that's a wash.
Exterior changes are mostly cosmetic and don't add value to...
Here are some of the past discussions:

I don't believe there is a mounting kit for any F-150 and the snowplow option on the ICE basically adds a stronger alternator and some wiring while restricting the buyer to a naturally aspirated engine.
I am hopeful the the front frame of the Lightning is identical to the ICE versions so that...
Right there with you... the XLT ER pricing was a major let down. Currently I see no way for me to justify the ER cost.
$45k = nicely equipped pro but manual seats may be deal breaker for us
$56k = XLT with pro-power
$65k = nicely equipped XLT but this is what I was expecting to pay with an...
If this pricing hold true I will likely be pushed down to the Pro. There is no way I am paying $74k for a pickup truck. Very disappointing... I was already going to have a hard time justifying $66k based on the survey pricing.
This what you got?
Edit: credit to google for finding this on another site... which looks like they got from a post here on 12/9 but I missed it (and can't seem to find it now either)
We will know soon but I suspect dealer allocation will be completely independent of prioritization. My belief is that allocation determines which dealers get trucks when and prioritization determines who gets those trucks at the specific dealership.
Well said. I am hoping that Ford is learning however and it appears that dealers will need to lock their price in to the online ordering system in advance. Can't wait to see how this works out.
Regardless, finding a dealer with a good reputation of honest communication is the best bet.
