It is possible the parking pawl is broken and you weren't putting the brake on.

It will take all of less than 5 minutes to test your truck parking systems.
What was your soc? Battery temp? Did you use fordnav to precondition before the charger stop? What brand charger? What output was the charger? How many units were there and how many were being used? How long did you charge for and to what percentage?

Keep it at 50% and plug it in occasionally to keep the 12v topped up.
It's in a heated garage so no need to keep it plugged in all the time. If it lived outside then you'd leave it plugged in to keep hvb from being too cold. The truck does that automagically, no need to set departure or preheat.

It's also a bed liner and the top section they put it on is difficult to prep and evenly coat so it doesn't peel.
I don't doubt the capability and if your code accepts it then that's fine. Obviously these types of installations would be best if you leave the liabilities to an electrician so they can decipher what the code actually specifies.
