Hello, did you ever find out what is the problem with this? I picked up a 2023 lariat today and this same exact thing happened when I was pulling out of the dealer lot. Was too tired after spending a full day at the dealer to turn around.

at dealer closing the deal to upgrade to lariat extended range final price about 53k. Got 34500 for the pro trade in.

I turned back the media and driving habit data sharing and it came back… not sure why those two would impact the departure setting and charging status but oh well.

I only turned off the data such as media I used and driving data that report the acceleration, braking and seatbelt. All others left on. Didn’t think these two would impact the departure and charging data on FordPass

Hello, Just want to check if anyone experience the departure and charging status not showing up on their ford pass app? Mine disappeared so I can no longer change departure schedule on the apps and I can see the truck is charging (SOC increasing) but the apps not showing “charging” bar.

I had this issue also. Deleted the ford app reinstall and work for a day before it stop. Repeat the process one more time and haven’t had issue since for a few days now. Apple user here

I have the Manuel open and close version and it work perfectly fine for me. This is the only tonneau cover I’ve own so nothing to compare it to. I installed it myself and don’t have any water leakage issue in heavy rain or auto car wash. Been a little over a year so far still like new.

Keep checking eBay it is pricy but you may find cheaper once in a while. Saw it at 300 once lowest I’ve seen In pretty decent shape.
