You'll have to let us know how it is. I have a TPMS monitor I can use for the time being. I don't see why it wouldn't be able to connect wirelessly like the regular TPMS sensors on the tires. Seems that would be the easiest integration.
No clue, most cars only dim the driver's side. I have the 40/20/40 seats, so it probably still wouldn't have the wireless charging anyways. From my experience with Android, it doesn't charge much if you are using Wireless Android Auto anyways. Will still need to plug it in for long trips...
I wonder if it's all trims? My Lariat has the camera option in the camera menu and trailer tire TPMS in the dash menu. I figured they are just having a hard time producing them with all the other shortages.
They main thing I use it for is starting or door lock, which both work fine. The secure alert usually wouldn't notify me right when a door is open. Checking miles works, checking fuel works. You can also do both of those on Alexa, which is great.
Honestly 20 bucks a month isn't bad for unlimited hotspot. I purchased it and may cancel it in a few months after all of our long trips are completed. It is nice for the kids.
As far as I know there isn’t a way. If you plug your phone into your truck via usb cable you should be able to run CarPlay off Wi-Fi, or at least I think that could work. Then you could just run Pandora through CarPlay.
If you don't install the front seal (I didn't) you'll just get a little water in at the front. From my experience it doesn't even get on my rubber mat, just goes out the gaps in the front of the bed. You will get some water in at the back, just the back edge of my bed mat gets wet. I think...
I setup the pro trailer backup assist for my pop-up camper this morning with the stickers. I have a build 2 Lariat. A couple things:
1. Make sure your camera is clean when doing the setup.
2. Find an empty school or church parking lot to do the slow driving and turning to setup the pro backup...
I honestly don't think it's too bad. I cut the mids pretty far down, bass all the way up, and highs 3/4. It's definitely not super bassy, but it vibrates my rearview mirror. I just have the 8-speaker setup.
Always buy water bases so it doesn't dry out the tires. I was using McGuire's gel, but didn't like having to use a sponge to put it on. I picked up Chemical Guys Tire Kicker Tire Shine a couple days ago, I'll let you know how it is this weekend. It was just under $8.
