I'm not sure, but you can bet it'll change Sept. 15 when 2022 orders start and the ordering system is updated.

What trim level are you ordering? FYI, you know they aren't making the 3.0 anymore? Even though it still shows up on the build tool. I built out a XLT with 3.0 on the build tool and it had 18s. If it's a higher trim level, that just what they come with. For example, the Platinum comes with...
You shouldn't be driving in any roads with high water, very dangerous. There's an old saying "Turn around, don't drown".

You can install it yourself, the wiring is already there from what I've read. I'm not sure on shipping to Canada. I might go this route if my truck ever comes in.

Hold on here…. Glad you liked the tow. What’s the story on the Geo Tracker? Any pics? BTW, we go to Indiana from NC about once a year to visit my wife’s family.
It’s for the Smart Trailer Tow Connector. There’s a box that you attach to your trailer and the wire connects there.
For anyone else looking for a 7 to 4 pin, I currently use this one on my Traverse. It works great...
Yeah, probably need the 7.2 Kilowatt with Powerboost one for that. Aren't most camper air conditioners 30 amps? I don't think I'd want to run my truck engine all the time to power a camper anyways. The good news is you can power a mini fridge and have cold beer...
And I'll remind you of one thing everyone forgets about..... PAYLOAD!!!!! Depending on what you tow, you can blow through payload pretty quick. The sticker is on your door jam. Payload includes: weight of all passengers, weight of the hitch itself, hitch weight (10-15% of trailer GVWR, 12.5...
Depends on what you want. I didn’t order it, I won’t be towing much over 5000 lbs and always within 3 hours. Didn’t want the 36 gallon tank or the gears.
Definitely a neat idea. Have you ever watched Rich Rebuilds on YouTube? I used to have a lot of Tesla content about rebuilding batteries and so on. Now he's been doing more gas powered stuff. You could search some of his older videos.
Definitely wouldn't recommend playing with large banks of batteries at home unless you have a lot of experience. One wrong wire and you just burnt up your truck and house. Not to mention forgoing your warranty. I don't think it would be worth the risk.
I'm not sure what the advantage would be. Batteries are heavy and it would take a while to charge. You'd probably be better off just charging at a charging station. It would be much faster.
