All my experiences have been normal. Peak above 160, hold for a while and trail off. Each one has been above 100 until hitting 80% then it throttles down as expected.
I presume your coolant level is in the normal range?
So if you go into the app and click on energy at the bottom, then click target charge in the middle, the the + in the upper right corner, then location. Does your address show up for you to select from?

I agree, it was a nice feature that hopefully will show up again. I'm going to test the new interface and then probably click the option to return to the old interface.
Just got the new version and can't find the section that had the FCSP data. I forget exactly what it was called but it had "insights", "settings" and would tell you whether the unit was online. Anyone know where find it?
When I was having overheating issues while charging last year they had me take some temps. This was the warmest I found prior to charging. Ambient temp in the garage was mid 50s.
Haven’t experienced this issue with EA, but had similar issues with Circle K and Tesla. Did you try disputing with the credit card company?
Tesla said the same thing, but graciously refunded all of the charges. After a week of back and forth sending screenshots of sessions, proof of membership...
For me it was piece of mind at a minimum. It covers the majority of the other stuff that's in it (some of which you mentioned) which you'd otherwise lose coverage for after the 3yr/36k was up.
