I doubt they do in general, but perhaps a franchisee did it on the side. I really only know what the dealer told me about the Line-X thing.

On the F150 (not Super Duty) hybrid they replace the 2.4kW inverter with the 7.2kW one and replace the receptacle. It's simple. With the Lightning they add a 7.2kW inverter, but keep the 2.4. Only slightly more complicated.

I'd also expect they'd both feed off the same coolant line because they'd both only need to be cooled when Pro Power On Board is activated.
