    My stock lightning rims had to have the tpms woken up after being inactive for a year. The airing down/up only works with live sensors. My dealer did it for me in approx 2 minutes. You can buy the tool online too.

    If your truck is personal use and green plated there is no renewal fee. If your truck is business owned, commercial or farm plated then fees may apply. You can use the online portal or go to a service Ontario centre to confirm. Your registration card has the type and weight listed on it.

    Meh, probably wouldn't hurt to clean out the port. Use propower onboard and a hair dryer to thaw and dry it.

    Always normal or slippery mode for new trucks. I use 2 pd in snow/ice/slush so I can coast on decel. The traction control is fantastic, don't switch to diff lock or off road until you're stuck
  13. Is this tailgate behavior normal and expected (powered)?

    Yes, it's locked vs unlocked. Ford has many conditions for the electronic tailgate which is also used on regular f150s. I don't know the full list of and/or's but it's extensive. There is also a sleep timer so it won't immediately move when you try and lift it after some time.

    98000kms with no major issues. Just did 750 kms today in the cold and snowy Canada. 5 dcfc sessions. 3 Tesla, 1 Chargepoint(Petrocanada) and 1 Ivy. That's all after my truck sat for a week in the cold. The LIGHTNING is the best truck ever.

    I have found enroute preconditioning to be unnecessary in my cooler climate. I just pump the electrons to it.

    Your dealer doesn't know how to recognize what are actual problem codes vs superfluous codes cause by the original failure. Troubleshooting is a learned skill.

    Tldr Your lock pin actuator is either frozen or broken. Replacing that or the port(which includes the actuator) is the fix. That's the most common failure here. Could be other points of failure but good place to start when at the dealer.

    Lol, yes, the lightning is incredibly more advanced than the ffe. However, don't trust the gom, use your current efficiency and soc to do your own calculations.
