Most tire shops or the dealer can teach the truck the new TPMs. They have to be the correct frequency tho.I think it is 315MHZ. I had to replace the TPMs in my winter tires and rims to match the 21 and the tire shop got the truck to read them.

When you add a device, they have to communicate with each other and a code is sent between them for you to confirm. The MP3 can not respond to the code so they are not connecting. You will be able to connect MP3 player if it has USB port and cable.

I have a XLT 302a and did not get the heated steering wheel. I was told to get that I had to go to a Lariat. I do have the heated seats and rear window defrost. I looked on the ordering guide and heated steering wheel was not on the XLT's.
