I had the same prob with my 15k BTU AC. The first time it started it would trip, then after would be fine. I installed a softstart on the AC and had no problems with it tripping on start.

I tested mine the other day and had the same over power trigger. I reset all the connections and it ran fine after. Maybe it needs to break in first ?

totally agree and do the same thing, move it back a few clicks, just balances out the whole sound system! Also make sure the surround setting is turned on

Would a tailgate seal fix that? I have a bedrug in mine, so I need to get it wet to test, but the bedrug might absorb/hide water coming in....
