Have you tried re-starting your phone, or logging out and back in to the app? If those don't work, you may need to delete the app then re-install.

I just updated and see no difference on the app. I don't see any way to add a service record in the app either, but I did login to my Ford account dashboard, and there is a way to add a service record there. Maybe now if you add a record there, it will somehow transfer that info to the app...
