Now that I have my truck, I can also confirm that traffic does show up on Sync4, but not nearly as much as it did on my old Sync3. I know Ford has a different source for traffic for their Sync4 this year (Tomtom?), as opposed to coming from SiriusXM infotainment services, so maybe this explains...

I know the 2021 will update itself over the air, but for this to happen does it need to be hooked up to the house Wifi, or will it look for and do updates from the built-in cellular modem w/o WiFi being involved? Asking because my home WiFi signal is not so good where the truck is parked

Being in the IT field, I would not power anything computer related, especially servers, with anything but a pure sine wave and extremely stable generator. Not saying it wouldn't work, but it's asking for trouble IMO. Not sure what the powerboost specs are, but I'd look it up before hooking up...

Built-in Nav allows you to go full screen, not CarPlay though. I think this might be an Apple thing..

Well, that's a problem right there. My current Sync 3 systems in all cars have the traffic in them and work fine. I rely heavily on this feature on my daily commute. Has anyone actually seen it work on sync 4 so far??

Hi Which OEM model tires come on a 2021 Platinum 4x4 with FX4 (which are A/T tires I believe)? Are they 3PSF-rated? My truck should get built and delivered 'soon', in the winter (Quebec), and I need to know if the stock tires will work for me. Thanks
