One more thing to add. There are older versions of the Tesla wall charger that won't work. They don't use the required communication protocols. If you bought a new one from Tesla, then this is a non issue. But if you bought an older used wall Tesla EVSE, it could potentially be a problem.

As other said, charge to 100% on a level 2 charger, AND leave it there without interruption on the level 2 for several hours after reaching 100%. The wires for balancing are apparently very small and it can take significant time after reaching 100% to fully balance cells.
