FYI: My FCSP is junk and anyone can have it. I live in York Co, Pennsylvania. ( It quit working, and when I opened it up, water ran out of it.) I replaced it with a regular Ford class 2 wall charger.

Look for a new dealer. I just went in for a recall at 57k miles and dealer recommended nothing but checked everything out. I’ll consider something service T 100k.

This probably too late to help you , but here is a photo of my invoice with the heater assembly replacement. Mine was at 36,800 miles and missed recall by one month. Ford showed some mercy and covered 70 percent ($1,740).
