I'm wondering if anyone else did the new online checkout for their Lightning and added some accessories. My dealer seems completely clueless on how to find out where my part(s) are or even how to track them. They seem to believe it will just show up automatically but its only simple things like Tailgate lettering and I've been waiting almost 3 months. it feels like a brush off and is a bit frustrating that I have no clue where my paid for parts are or when they'll arrive.
