You have to remove the two plastic covers on either side of the back of the grille. Use a panel removal tool to pull it think 6 press fit tabs. Then unscrew 6 self tapping bolts hidden underneath the plastic covers. Very straightforward. If you need photos DM me ??
Looks great! I think itās time
To launch the front coil spacer and OEM coilovers. Looking into the Eibach or bilstin. Glad
To hear itās working out! With the lift in the rear. Did you notice it correct the camber issue our trucks suffer from with the IRS suspension? Love my zero offset Methods...
Agree with @TaxmanHog . I was Fortunate enough to get one of the First Trucks released on the West coast and have had very few problems with it (exception being that damn rear lightbar). Iām at nearly 80k miles with HVB SOH sitting @ a solid 96.5%. This truck has been great!
Yes. Try reaching out to the EV team for on this forum. They canāt directly do much but they may be your best bet. Itās obviously an issue still and it aināt cheap. Sorry your dealing with it now
Hate to tell ya, for me at least, the recalled part did not fix my problem. Iāve had mine replaced 5 times since taking delivery in June of ā22. Try contacting the Ford Ev team for assistance in the matter
