It doesn't have anything to do with sport mode. It happens in all modes. Its driving technique. I tend to palm the wheel for quick turns at low speed like in parking lots. My hand inadvertently hits the cruise button. I do like the 1 button engagement most of the time. I still don't know...
I was interested in ceramic coating and my dealer offered me a package that included undercoating. It as cheaper than stand alone ceramic. They did the steel parts only that included the frame, tops of the springs. They did a fantastic job with no overspray any where. Looks like the taped...
The volta station at our local Kroger was free then rebranded to Shell. These level 2 charger were free for a while under Shell. In August the started charging. $1.45 to plug in and .35 per KW. Seems pricey to me for a level 2 charger. Since I charge at home its no big deal, but I did...
Go with the Emporia. I had a charging issue that I thought was a problem with the charger. Turns out it was with the truck charge controller. Emporia's customer service was great in helping diagnois the problem. My Ford dealer told me I had better diagnosis tools than they did. I was able...
I would agree, I think the efficency is getting better. I don't use Trip 1 or 2 for trips, but I do use them to track how many miles per KW I'm using. Each year on my delivery anniversary I reset trip 1. Year 1 got 2.3 miles per KW. Year two got 2.4 miles per KW. My delivery anniversary...
I also got the letter. I'm really hesitant to have my dealer mess with my truck. I subscribe heavily toward the if its not broke, lets not fix it camp. I had it back 3 times for the complimentary steering wheel heater. It should have been obvious as to what was needed, but they needed it...
I just got the OTA update as well. Nothing changed on my screens either. I did get the WAL feature from the EAP and it still works so far. Hopefully the screen controls are not too far behind.

That's about what I get when hauling. Weight doesn't seem to make that much difference. I think aero is the big range killer. If the load is above the cab of the truck it seems to take it down.

I use lane centering all the time. I have found that if you let go of the wheel and let it find its "center", it works pretty well by giving the wheel a small tug about every 15 seconds.

I have had mine up on my lift for tire rotation. I pull forward so the lift arms can reach the arrows on the frame designated as lift points. Attached is a pic that will give you an idea.

I got 6.14 yesterday. One of the fixes I noticed was I can now turn off my bed camera while at speed. Thanks @Ford Motor Company for finally getting this fixed.
I just discovered the AM band there as well. Thanks for the info! I can set a preset, but it does not show on center stack at the top I only see FM and Sirius
Thank you. I just hauled 4 Oak logs this morning that were from 16 -24 in diameter and 4 - 8 ft long. My tractor loader will lift 2000 lbs and it could not lift the big one. I had them biased toward the front of the trailer so I know I had some pretty good tongue wt. The truck was level and...
My trailer 24ft flat bed trailer weighs about 4000 lbs. I'm guessing I had around 4000 lbs of logs. I towed from a site about 10 miles from my house on a 2 lane highway up and down hills with speed limits up to 50 MPH. I made at least 10 trips from that site. The lightning tows as good as if...
I finally took my lightning in to get the CSP items done including the heated steering wheel. I'm going on my 4th trip back to the dealer. 1st trip was to get these items installed. I made the appointment and they knew what it was for, there should have not been any surprises. I get a call...
I'm just pressing the button on the screen to switch to the hand set and then press a second time to switch to the truck. I usually don't run android auto. I just connected to my Pixel 5A with bluetooth.
