It used to be in there and they got rid of it and other features like trailer light check , zone lighting and trip planer when 5.x was launched…they are slowly adding them back in (trailer lights got put back late last year) …wish it would happen faster.
I know in the past when I was having issues with PAAK the issue was local cached files etc and what I did you resolve that was:
Logged out of FordPass.
Completely deinstalled FordPass (letting it delete all data).
Reinstalled FordPass.
Logged back in, PAAK setup worked fine.

On this note - does someone have a good document on these OBD values anywhere?
For instance- what is the HV Leak variable you are referencing here…eager to learn more!
Hi,
I never did a baseline like Tom did but I now have almost 3 years on mine and 75,000 miles and my SOH from OBD is 97% and generally when I charge to 100% it still showing 320 or more miles.

I am also in the Philly area - hopefully we will sync up one of these days! Keep an eye on the FordEVClubs.org website for events that I plan...
We’ve been working pretty closely with the model E team, and I’ve gotten to know many of their staff, including their chief engineer for lightning.
Most regions have EV engineering subject matter experts that will do training and work with dealerships on repairs - I was just taking advantage of...
Well, my reasoning for doing it is - if Ford is willing to replace some critical components that have 2 1/2 years of wear on them for free, I’m willing to let them do that as long as they have the right techs working it.
Also, as a systems engineer myself, I understand the value they can get...
