I brought my truck in for this TSB yesterday and looks like they got started today. However, just got a notification that they deactivated my Ford Pass. I don’t see other comments that this has happened for them. Any ideas why they would do that?
Unfortunately not. I got the run around from @Ford Motor Company and honestly don't trust my local dealer to be able to resolve it. It's super annoying. Let me know if you are able to get this resolved so I can reference it.
Thanks! I just picked it up but couldn't figure out how to turn on auto lane change with BC1.3. I think I recall that this needed to be activated with Forscan and searched but couldn't find it. Are there instruction on how to enable auto lane change?
I had CSP 24B56 done today to update the IPMA. I’ve had back luck with my dealer and don’t really trust that they actually performed the update. Is this something that would show up in FDRS if completed? Can anybody check my VIN? I want to make sure it’s done before picking it up.

My truck is at the dealer for a shifter module replacement and I asked the dealer if they could update the BCM while they had it. They just reported back there are no BCM updates available. Could somebody look up my VIN and screenshot FDRS if there is one?

@Ford Motor Company Brought my truck in for the 4th time for the issue and issue is still not resolved. The BEV agent you assigned me to is now non-responsive. Dealer EV tech is incompetent. Please help!
Interesting. I’ll look into that. I did post on Facebook groups in addition to this forum and haven’t heard anybody else with this issue so figured if there was a part issue, there would be more complaints from the field. Thanks for the info!
Does anybody else have this noise when turning your steering wheel? Dealer has replaced the clock spring twice and it fixes the noise for a few weeks but it gradually comes back louder and louder. I can’t imagine I’ve had 3 bad clock springs especially if others don’t experience the same...
