    Yes. This is a different issue. I can toggle the switch to any percentage past 80% - truck will not charge past 83%. After spinning for a bit, itā€™ll say 100% charged.

    Iā€™m hoping that ford reaches out via the forum. This a first ford, first truck, first EV for me. I am still hopeful that I can add a ton of miles to it post repair. Bummed I canā€™t be that ā€œIā€™ve had zero issues in the last 100kā€ guy.

    I found out by accident. I had to charge to 100% the other day, set it and only saw 83% when I got in. Didnā€™t think anything of it. Tried again. Same result, I hope @Ford Motor Company can assist.

    This. Exactly this. Tried charging to multiple levels. Ap always shows 100% state of charge then I start driving and it goes to 83%. I have an appointment scheduled, hoping Brian can come through with some type of loaner and quick turnaround help. Will update here.

    2023 ER Lariat - 32,000 miles. I can set it to anything above 85%. Charging stops at 83% and shows 100% charged in the ap. Local does dealer wonā€™t authorize rental until it is diagnosed which may not even be the same week it is dropped off. @Ford Motor Company please help. Forum - thoughts?
