Ok went out this morning and the c4 worked for a little while then have the "calibration invalid". Rebooted the truck and c4. Still doing it. Tried recalibration 3 times and still failed with the same error. Has anyone seen this on the c4? Any ideas?

Looks good! My only notes would be to avoid the 6 (visible) sharp 90 degree interior corners and to radius them. They can act as stress concentrators especially with vibration and UV embrittlement. This can cause fatigue cracking and failure of the part over time.
