  1. “High” Mileage Lightnings…LETS SEE EM!

40k here. Battery module replaced at 33k. I have had issues with it not charging at the same rates as before the module replacement which Ford is still working on trying to correct. We shall see.
  2. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

i have extensive experience in Georgia and Tennessee. I’ve had a 650 mile round trip to make about twice a month or so that I do in one day so I’m extremely familiar with fast charging woes.
  3. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

i used to see over 18 regularly and had to keep it turned down due to over heating. Now it can take around ten hours to charge up when I’ve ran it low. One time it didn’t charge up before I needed to leave again the next day. I have the truck set to charge to 90% daily as recommended and only...
  4. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

At first it was half speed. Dealer checked it out and said it was ok but was waiting to hear from higher ups. They think ford is turning the rate down. It did speed up. Now however I’m lucky to average 14-15kw on the charge station pro on 80amps.
  5. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

It’s been over two months now. It’s better than then I first got it back but still not like it was.
  6. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

37k here and one module replacement so far. Slower charging after replacement. Dealer thinks ford turned the rate down via software. So far they cannot get an engineer to come out and check it. Love the truck but not real thrilled now.
  7. BestEvMod has a Christmas gift for you! Christmas raffle!

There are tons to love as it’s the most functional truck ever but has to be the frunk!
  8. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

My service advisor was not there when I picked mine up. The other advisor wasn't really familiar with it but told me the battery module alone was $6500 and that did not include labor.
  9. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Now that I'm back home from a trip I'm charging the truck for only the second time since I got it back. It seems that my Ford pro charger is only charging at half the speed or less that it used to charge at. Did any one else encounter something like this after a module was replaced? Curious...
  10. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Well that's junk. Does it not cover an ice on regular trucks? Why would it not cover the battery? Guess this will be gone by the time the battery warranty is up. I hate that because I really like it but it won't be worth the risk of high cost repairs.
  11. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Finally got my truck back after right at one month of it being at the service department. They replaced the #4 battery module. Pretty aggravated that it took so long. I was stuck in a Ford edge for over a week before they were able to get me into a F150. Another irritation was having to spend a...
  12. Battery module recall first 3600 trucks

They had mine for right at a month to replace the #4 module. So far so good. But now I've gotta decide to get an extended warranty or plan to sell before the battery warranty expires. I was less than impressed with what one module cost at warranty price and didn't include labor.
  13. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Mine was built in May of 22 and is waiting on a new battery module now.
  14. Reduced power Service soon

Same here. At the dealer for over two weeks now waiting on a new battery module.
  15. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Well I'll be back on the phone with them then.
  16. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Now two weeks into this. They said battery module 4 needs replacing. It's on order but no ETA. They did mention being concerned that it may take a long time due to the union strike. 🙄🤬
  17. Powertrain Malfunction/ Reduced Power

Add me to the list. 22 platinum with a little over 33k miles. Power reduced to 20%. Won't charge. Says stop safely now and service. First problem I've had. Pretty disappointing to read all of your experiences trying to get yours fixed so far.
  18. Tips to protect front “grill”

My 22 platinum grill looks like it might as well have 300k miles on it. I'm at 33k. Ford refuses to replace it.
  19. BlueCruise Subscription Price Increased to $800/yr for All Renewals

I love bluecruise but won't be paying that for it. I understand needing a fee after three years to help continually update it but this is absurd. Is GM doing the same for their super cruise system?
  20. 50,000 miles - What a long, strange trip it's been.

Dang I thought I was racking miles. Bought mine June 2 last year and have 24k so far.
