What? Perhaps this was mentioned earlier in this thread, but Unplugging a DCFC, when the charge is complete, without a key should be OK. I think some impatient people waiting to charge, seeing a vehicle not charging, will try to rip the plug out of the socket. And this will stop some confusion...
Would not the anti-lock braking function take care of any excessive braking going on by regeneration? What other automatic steering & braking functions might help in poor traction situations? Is going slow and leaving plenty of car lengths the only options?
It would be interesting to know which car/truck models/manufacturers/years have the most days out of service per vehicle sold. Finding technicians that can follow multi-step instructions carefully must be difficult. Engineers capable of designing these complex systems without ending up making...
My 80% limit seems to be ignored when my home location is not recognized (especially when Ford Nav shows the truck swimming in the ocean!) or anywhere else. Just goes to 100% if not caught in time. Also, if not recognizing Home and I stopped the charge at 80% but left it plugged in, then...
Build date? Model? ER/SR? Miles?
Just as a heads up for those having modules replaced:
SSM 52039 2021-2023 Mustang Mach-E, 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning/E-Transit -
Unable To Achieve 100 Percent State Of Charge After HV Battery Module
Replacement 11/9/23, 12:46 PM 2023 F-150

Do you also have a "Safety Recall 25S18 for HV battery electrode misalignment" as well showing on FordPass or your Ford online account? (also see poll: https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/safety-program-25s18-hv-battery-electrode-misalignment-discussion.25331/ )
With two modules...
The extended service plan has this in the "What is not covered" section 7.
"o) Electrical failures on incandescent bulbs, halogen bulbs, High Intensity Discharge (HID) and LED lamp assemblies (except when Interior/Exterior Lighting Option is purchased [or not shown as deleted]);
p) Service...
My understanding is that lead acid batteries should be kept at a full charge; and until Ford did the defective BMS, Battery Monitoring Sensor replacement (CSP 23B70) on the Negative post (of the BMS, Battery Management System!), many batteries were subject to long periods left undercharged...
Great, not too long a wait. Still wish the delays would only be a couple of days.
For my tracking spreadsheet (see my signature) what is your Build Mo/Yr (on driver's door sticker), ER/SR? and mileage of the problem.
Do you have a recall for the Safety Recall 25S18? HV Battery Electrode...
Yep, about 40 minutes to complete today. I would think the updates for door modules, this one DDM-25.12.0, would be quick. Truck was buzzing underneath for quite some time while it was going on, why all the noise?
I did have a bounce back a few weeks ago, but did the reset procedure and did...
Not a bad price for a limited 16A power 120V(1.6kW)/240V(3.3kW) EVSE, $160 (amazon sale $130 currently?). But is 240V usually available at a house with the 6-20P provided plug?
I would love to have a customizable center display screen available of all the parameters that CarScanner picks up from the OBD2 without needing CarScanner and a bluetooth adapter at the OBD port. At a minimum, HV battery health, module voltage variation, etc. @Ford Motor Company
