✅ Ford Resumes Shipping NACS Charging Adapters (February 2025 batch)

My order now says I should expect delivery in January... Umm... Sure, I believe it... NOT! Ordered in June of 2024...

They are currently fulfilling May orders - with the new Lectron supply they are shipping out, I think an actual realistic est would be March. They are speeding up quite a bit though this past 2-3 weeks vs the 6 months prior.

If they're filling May orders, than they skipped right over me! Mine was ordered early April, and if I extrapolate from the posts in this thread, I don't expect to get it for about 3-4 weeks.

Definitely a typo! I meant march - my bad!

Things are definitely moving faster. It looks like Ford shipped around 40,000 adapters in all of 2024 and they have shipped around 26,000 so far in January.

So. . . I finally went to go use my adapter but the Tesla supercharger cable doesn't get anywhere close to my charging port, regardless of weather I back in or pull in forward. The only way I can maybe use a super charger is too pull into an opposite side stall (maybe?, didn't try it and feels pretty mean/wrong). I assume everyone here will have the same problem. . .what do you do? I see there are some aftermarket extension cables out there. . . is that what I should do?

Most lightning/other BEV owners try to use the furthest right hand stall so that they don’t take up two spots! This is the ideal situation however reality is that a lot of Teslas/others take that spot so you’re only choice is to take up two spots. That is why the V4 stations are awesome because they have the longer cables.

Alrighty boys and girls - been a long time since I've appeared here. The tracker is updated from the last 2 months. It has been a while - apologies. It was pretty slow til mid December and recent weeks.

Notes -

• I'm adding a note when it is known if the adapter is from Lectron, it is in the right most column.
• I'm tracking replacement adapters from those that got the email that their adapter had issues and needed to be replaced, see the original order number
• Data is from 4 threads:
  • This main tracking thread
  • The "highest" order number that shipped thread
  • The replacement thread
  • The my adapter is from Lectron thread.

Not everyone gives their full order number so a few aren't exact numbers. If someone notes a tracking number I usually estimate a day 2 to 3 days out, not everyone posts again when it was received. If you find data that is off just a day or two or an order number or two, it's all good. At this point it won't skew the data.

OK - This thread has been good at sticking to the highest order numbers only. I'll interrupt to post my updated tracker. It has been about 2 months since I had added. I pulled from this thread, the new "my adapter is from Lectron", the Replacement thread and the long running thread which has been updated with January in the title.

I've added those from the last few days with an expected delivery of tomorrow. I also noted in the right column a few people that have received the Lectron adapter vs Tesla. It will be interesting to see what gets delivered tomorrow. PLEASE DO NOT POST IN THIS THREAD, give those updates in the more general tracking or the Lectron thread. I guess it will be interesting to see if any more come from Tesla.

Received my NACS fast charging adaptor today. Took over 10 months since order placed in March 2024. No shipping notice. Package just showed up today. I’m super glad to finally have this!
