Hello,
I have this car, and after a collision, most of the parts were either dumped or stolen. Anyway, I’m trying to figure out what fits into this socket. I’ve searched online, and it looks like it might be an impact sensor, but I’m not sure.

The car is a 2024 F-150 Lightning Flash. I found this empty socket behind the fake charge port ,Rh front fender, on the passenger side. The inside of the socket is very clean, so I assume something was connected to it.

Don't know if this helps but here's an overview of the front wiring:

Someone probably has a wiring diagram they can share.

Thanks a loooooot guys, really appreciated . Drunk is not closing by itself beeping .... So, there was some kind of sensor missing huh... I'm trying to find it on Google, but nothing comes up for 'power hood obstacle detection sensor, are there any part number for the sensor ? I searched for LU2Z-14474-CA seems this is wire terminals in the socket itself.

The sensor is a narrow rubber strip that goes down each side of the frunk. It is located on the metal of the fender, outside of the plastic trim pieces. Almost looks like weather stripping, but it has wires that come out the end closest to the windshield.

That picture of the part on the website doesn't look like it. I'll snap a pic later today.

The orange unlabeled part just below "HM1" looks like it might be the pinch protection switch, but that is a poor illustration and it's not labeled 🤷‍♂️

I hope you find it quickly. That part that is missing communicates with all of the nation's nuclear reactors as part of their fail safe network as you drive by. If it goes undetected too long, then all of the nation's nuclear reactors will go into melt down. And if you plug the wrong thing in then we have 60 seconds before total melt down starts unless you get it unplugged by the time the countdown gets to 007 seconds. Standard Ford engineering. :)
