I wish their was resolution to understanding what lead to the failures. Wrong p/n being used, bad batch of parts, out of plumb, bad axle, bad motor…

Did the dealership share anything with you on outcome?
I'm curious if my issue is something out of plumb. But as ackvor said, I think my dealership doesn't care either.

Edit: I'm also wondering if I should reach out to another dealership about it, the one I've been going to is the easiest to get into and returned my calls when trying to diagnose it originally.

Took it to the shop on Wednesday. They are replacing the axle, knuckle, and hub assembly this time around. So hopefully that will fix everything.

Glad you're getting taken care of. You're sounding more optimistic this update.

Suspension, alignment and everything involved is one of my specialties, looking at everything presented tells me it's a mis-manufactured steering knuckle.

That is the one part responsible for bearing alignment. It would also put the cv shaft in an uneven plane of angle. The outter cv joint can articulate movement, the bearing cannot.

It's also possible to get a bad batch of parts. Back in the day if we diagnosed a bad starter or carb, we ordered 3 at a time.
