Trying to purchase cover from accessories.ford.com and the ACC20 discount code is not working. Any thoughts?

I used my discount code last month. Ford sent me an email this week encouraging me to order more accessories citing the 20% off code. Was surprised as well that it was a one time use since prior emails had an expiration date for the code.
I actually called the number on the email from Ford. Lady confirmed one time use, and suggested I open another Ford account and order from the new account.
I won't do that.

I got the email as well, which prompted a much larger purchase. Guess I will buy elsewhere.
