Audio off. Volume knob does nothing

Dealer fixed the problem today. They applied "software update for ACM referring to document # SSM54727". Happy that it was that simple to fix. Bummed that the update was not pushed earlier. They also did the parking brake update and the 10k service (paid with Ford points).
