Has anyone else seen this? We have 3 Ford EVs (lightning and two Mach Es) and every time I check them from the app, Automatic Updates have switched off. Occasionally on the Mach Es I am able to turn it back on successfully and then they get a batch of stuff that's clearly been queued up. But on the Lightning, I have been unable to get it to turn on since May. The behavior is that I click the slider, I get a spinny-loading icon for about 60 seconds, then it stubbornly goes back to "off".
If I ask Ford through official channels for assistance, they will tell me to uninstall and reinstall the FordPass app. I am not willing to do that because A) This problem is visible in FordPass for every member of my family who has these vehicles added, which is 4 of us, two Android and two iOS B) If I uninstall FordPass I will lose my phone-as-key for all vehicles and Ford's ridiculous PaaK enrollment process carries an unreasonable risk of invalidating the lockout password we all rely on.
Perhaps @Ford Motor Company could shed some light on this?
