If this has been discussed elsewhere, I wasn't able to find it.
While it's not important in the grand scheme of things (like my "blocked front sensors" issue my dealer can't fix) I'm having an issue with the brake coach. It's fun to play with, but I've found the following:
1. Brake coach worked steadily, on multiple trips, until I turned it off in the instrument control panel.
2. I tried to turn it back on, but the selection to do so was already selected and did not change when I attempted to do so.
3. Reset IPC in FORScan, and brake coach works again.
4. If I turn off brake coach, then the selection gets "stuck" again and I can't turn it back on. Only a reset of the IPC fixes the issue.
So my questions.
a) Has anyone else seen this and were you able to fix it.
b) Is there a way to force a reset/restart of the IPC without resorting to FORSCan. I know how to reset the center screen, with the seek forward and power button, but that doesn't reset/reboot the IPC.
Thanks.
