Charging Irregularities

My normal activity is to plug in every night.
Generally no problems.
Recently (in the last few months) when I make a longer run where my SOC is about 30% or less, when I plug in I'm getting what appears to be a handshake issue then a charging error.
If I unplug then replug I can definitely manually start a charge (which automatically goes to 100 ignoring my setting).
It is strange and only seems to happen at a lower SOC.

Are there any error codes on your EVSE? Charge errors are usually caused when you plug in, but the EVSE is not communicating with the truck successfully.

• Try power cycling your EVSE first and see if the problem goes away.
• Inspect your port and charge gun to make sure they are clean and debris-free. The small pins/sockets are the communication pins.
