Connecticut (CHEAPR) BEV Rebate Incentives for Extended Lightning Pros?

CHEAPR finally got around to adding Lightning Pro to the list after the MSRP cap was raised to 50K (from 40K). As we all know, the MSRPs were jacked up so with the 9.6kW option most of us will be over this new threshold. Will the adjustment from Ford at the dealer bring the base MSRP down or is it a tacked on credit? Just wondering if we can capitalize on the CHEAPR rebate if we get screwed out of the Federal one Ford has dangled in front of us for the last 2 years. $4,250 seems worth pursuing.
