My F150 Lightning was shipped on 1/31 and is currently being held in transit.

Ford's original estimate for delivery was the week of 2/6.
It was then bumped to the week of 2/13.
Ford announced the issue with that truck in a holding yard on 2/15.
At the end of last week, the estimate was bumped to the week of 2/20.
This week, my SA at my dealer confirmed that Ford still has a HOLD on it with no idea when it will be at the dealer.

When I have reached out to Ford, they refer me to the tracker, which I fully expect to update to the week of 2/27.

It appears that other F150s shipped the same date as mine actually made it to the dealer and into the hands of owners. It's more than a little frustrating to have waited since June 2021 and be stalled here at 4th and inches.

It would be really nice to have some official communication from Ford here. Are we looking at another week? Or are we looking at June? Some firm date is a better customer experience than letting yet another week go by.

This article on the matter isn't encouraging

Understand your frustration - my MME order has been stuck in Mexico since December.

Yours might be held for a battery stop ship/stop build order.
If it is affected, Ford will send a tech out to the rail depot or dealer to replace parts as needed.

This has happened last summer when the '22 were held at rail depots for 2 months due to half drive spline motors that needed to be replaced.
