Just had my tires balanced and rotated by DT. Been going there for 47 years except when we lived where they didn't have coverage. Had some bumps in the past, so I call ahead and ensure that a manager is overseeing the work, and the floor lead is the only one that touches the vehicle. Today was flawless, unlike last time where they trashed a wheel when I had a flat (manager wasn't watching when they did that)...

Seems like my Discount Tire store management has changed again, for the better. Less chaos this time.
