Door alignment issue?

Hello,

Want to check if this is normal. I do not think so but want opinions. I had a pro and door trim look flushed. Traded it in for a lariat and when attempting to install the PPF on the trim I notice on the driver side back door look out of place. Door close and open just fine but look odd. I think it look worst in person.
